Pumpkin + Spiced Tofu jiaozi are the plant-based dumplings of dreams for vegans and omnivores alike. Roasted pumpkin, spice-marinated tofu, and zingy fresh ginger give this jiaozi huge flavors with a beautiful sweet/savory balance. The toothsome tofu (artisanally made right in Cambridge, MA) comfortingly soft caramelized pumpkin, and bright fresh scallion crunch give the jiaozi a wonderfully varied texture that we find exceedingly rare in vegan dumplings. Pair Pumpkin + Spiced Tofu Jiaozi with our umami bomb of a chili crisp and you have a 100% plant-based meal that everyone will crave.
