Richard Lee is a dumpling-maker + artist living in Portland, ME. The name Little Brother Chinese food comes from Richard's family nickname, "Dede" (meaning "little brother" in Mandarin Chinese). To Richard, Little Brother Chinese Food is both a business and a collaborative public artistic practice.

A fan of Chinese cuisine from the pu-pu platter hits to the fermented fish deep cuts, Claire has fully embraced the asian palate and style of cooking. With an eye on local ingredients and farm raised proteins, Claire is building an ethical + creative business in the land she loves.
