These roasted mushroom and cured napa cabbage jiaozi (dumplings) pack huge flavor. They happen to also be VEGAN. They’re deeply savory, yet beautifully bright from fresh ginger, scallion, and cilantro.
Jiaozi wrappers are now home-made with chlorella, a nutrient-dense freshwater algae powder that contains high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and protein.
“The Vegan dumplings were delicious!”
Thank you, Kathy! <3
Enjoy these jiaozi on their own, with a big spoonful of Little Brother la jiao jiang (chili crisp hot sauce), and/or a dash of apple cider vinegar.
